Pattern Parlour provides digital sewing patterns in PDF format. These are instant digital downloads, not physical products. Upon purchase, you will receive a link to download your files.

2. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£). Payments are processed securely via our checkout system. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

3. Delivery and Fulfilment

As our patterns are digital products, delivery is instantaneous via the download link provided immediately after payment is confirmed. Please ensure you save your files securely, as we cannot guarantee indefinite access to download links.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the nature of instant digital downloads, all sales are final. Once a pattern has been downloaded, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. If you experience technical issues with a file, please contact us via our contact form so we can assist you.

5. Acceptable Use

All patterns designed by Pattern Parlour are for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not redistribute, resell, or share our digital files. You are welcome to sell items you have sewn using our patterns on a small, handmade scale, but you may not mass-produce garments using our designs.

6. Liability

Pattern Parlour is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our patterns. While we strive for accuracy in our designs and instructions, sewing involves individual skill and equipment, and we cannot guarantee specific results.
